摘要
通过对聚酯企业的调查发现,"高用工成本"是当前困扰我国许多聚酯企业的普遍问题。本文从人力资源管理角度指出聚酯企业应从用人理念、招聘录用、员工培训、薪酬福利、员工发展、工作环境、优化资源降低成本、HR标准流程管理、专业化HR管理系统等九个方面根本上解决"高用工成本"问题。
the polyester business survey found that the "high labor costs" is a common problem. This article, from the perspective of human resource management, pointed out that, the polyester business should solve the "high labor costs" problem from nine aspects as follows: concept of employment, job opportunities, training, compensation and benefits, employee development, work environment, optimize resources to reduce costs, HR standard process management, specialized HR management system.
