In colleges and universities,Scientific research and teaching is a mutual dependent and promoting organic integral,but the commonly engineering colleges and universities have oneself peculiarity.From the point of promoting the reform of teaching through scientific research,the text discusses that the teachers of colleges and universities participate in scientific research and make a combination of scientific research productions and teaching,thus helping to promote the reform of teaching.
