摘要
将两月龄Wister大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C)和糖尿病建模组(DM),给DM组大鼠分别按50mg/kg分两次尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型。建模成功后,再将DM组的大鼠分为安静组(DQ)、低强度运动组(DSL)、中强度运动组(DSM)和高强度运动组(DSH);DSL组、DSM组、DSH组分别按确定的强度进行6周的跑台运动训练。6周后发现,三个运动组大鼠FBG、TG、TC、DLD-C都低于DQ组,而HDL-C、血清Ins高于DQ组;在三个运动组之间,DSM组的FBG最低,体重、血清Ins最高;在对改善脂代谢上,DSL组TC最低,DSM组TG、DLD-C最低,DSH组HDL-C最高。这说明中强度跑台运动(27m/min)对糖尿病大鼠血糖的降低、血清胰岛素水平的提高及脂代谢的改善效果最为明显。
The two-month-old Wister rats were randomly divided into nornal contrast group(C) and diabetic group(DM).DM group rats were given injected 50mg/kg Alloxan twice by the tail vein in order to establish diabetic model.After modeling,the DM group rats were divided into a quiet DM group(DQ),a low-intensity exercise DM group(DSL),a medium-intensity exercise DM group(DSM) and a high-ntensity exercise DM group(DSH).According scheduled intensity,DSL group,DSM group and DSH group should exercise training 6 weeks on the treadmill.After 6 weeks training,it was found that FBG,TG,TC,DLD-C of three exercise group rats were lower than DQ group,but HDL-C and Ins were highter than DQ group.If we comparing between the three exercise group,it will find that the DSM group’s FBG is the lowest,but the body weight and insulin is the highest.With the improvement of lipid’s metabolism,DSL group is the lowest on TC;DSM group is the lowest on TG and DLD-C;DSH group is the highest on HDL-C.It shows that the medium-intensity treadmill’s exercise(27m/min) is the most obvious to reduce the DM rat’s glocose,TG,TC,DLD-C and raise HDL-C and insulin.It will superior to the low-intensity exercise and the high-ntensity exercise.
