论四川省体育高考武术专项教师对柔韧素质的训练方法

The Pliability Training Methods of Sports College Entrance Examination in Sichuan Province

本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对四川省体育高考武术专项教师自身情况及柔韧素质训练方法进行了调查,研究结果表明:四川省高考武术专项教师目前所采用的柔韧素质训练方法单一,并对柔韧素质训练方法的研究知之甚少,仍凭经验指导教学和训练。针对我省目前高考柔韧素质训练出现的问题,探讨有效的解决办法,为体考武术项目柔韧素质训练发展提供理论依据,同时也为武术的发展提供参考。

This article uses the literature material method and logic analysis to analyze material arts teachers and flexible training methods of sports college entrance examination in Sichuan province.The results indicate that the flexible training method of Sichuan Province is single and they are poorly understood.We are still using experience to guide teaching and training.In view of our problems,It is necessary to explore effective solutions and provide theory basis for the quality training of martial arts.It also provides reference for development of material arts.
