摘要
2012年6月23日至7月13日，公安部智能交通管理技术培训团赴德国进行了为期三周的考察培训。根据座谈、参观、讨论和实地所见所闻，培训团认真分析归纳了德国道路交通管理工作的特点和值得借鉴的一些经验做法，并结合我国情况提出了相应的意见、建议。10月3日，黄明副部长在考察培训报告上批示：德国交通管理水平先进，我们要结合自己的国情、尤其急需解决的问题予以借鉴。
