区域生产力促进中心体系的建设模式分析——基于“重点省行动”的实证研究

Constructing Paradigms of Regional Productivity Promotion System

2008年科技部启动了生产力促进中心体系建设的"重点省行动",经过四年的实践,23个省、自治区、直辖市建立了相对完善的区域生产力促进中心体系,并完成了验收评估。通过对验收评估的省份进行案例分析,研究"重点省行动"的作用,对实施机制进行比较分析,提出完善区域生产力促进中心体系建设的对策与建议。

In 2008, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People＇s Republic of China started the program of ＂Major Provinces Action＂ to construct the regional productivity promotion system. Four years later, 23 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central govern- ment established their relatively complete regional productivity promotion systems and received the state assessment. A case study is conducted based on the results of the assessment to explore the effect of the program of ＂Major Provinces Action＂ and suggestions are made to improve the construc- tion of regional productivity promotion systems.
