摘要
本文以民法学民事主体理论为视角,对《香港医院管理局条例》中关于医院管理局的设立、法律属性及其职能、治理结构、运行机制等进行分析,并据此对我国办医主体设置、公立医院治理结构改革提出建议。
From the perspective of civil subject and corporate governance theory,this paper analyzed the establishment, legal property, functions, governance structure and operation mechanism of Hong Kong Hospital Authority, which is defined by the Hong Kong Hospital Authority Ordinance We put forward the recommendations of set ting hospital management departments accordingly in the mainland.
