摘要
目的探讨司来吉兰对帕金森病小鼠运动行为的影响。方法用MPTP诱导帕金森病小鼠模型,以脑内多巴胺神经元数目和多巴胺含量为参照,通过Open field、Cat walk实验分别考察司来吉兰对帕金森模型小鼠活动量和运动步态的影响。结果司来吉兰能增加帕金森病小鼠脑内多巴胺神经元数目和多巴胺的含量,增加帕金森病小鼠运动量,提高运动速度和平衡能力。结论司来吉兰能改善帕金森病小鼠神经行为能力。
Objective To verify the effect of selegiline on the neurological behaviors of Parkinson’s disease in mice.Methods The number of dopamine neurons and the content of dopamine as well as its metabolites in Parkinson’s disease mice induced by MPTP were tested.Open field and Cat walk assay were used to detect the movement of mice.Results Selegiline increased the number of dopamine neurons and the content of dopamine,and also increased the total ambulation time and improved Gait and postural patterns in mice with Parkinson’s disease.Conclusion Selegiline can improve the neurological behaviors of Parkinson’s disease in mice.
