摘要
在分析医院信息系统升级改造工作的特点基础上,详细阐述项目进度管理在医院信息系统升级工作中的应用情况,其过程包括合理估算工作量及技术难度、识别关键任务、进度计划制定以及项目进度控制,最后总结系统升级工作中的项目进度管理经验。
Based on the analysis of Hospital Information System （HIS） upgrading characteristics, detailed introuction project schedule management in upgrading the application of HIS. The Process includes rational evaluation work and difficulties, recognition of key missions, plan formulating and project schedule controlling. The experience of applying is listed in the paper.
