摘要
针对医科大学图书馆现状,以第四军医大学图书馆为例,从学科馆员人才培养、评价制度的制定以及服务体系的建立等方面阐述医科大学图书馆学科化服务的实践情况。
Based on the common situation of medical university library service, taking the library of The Fourth Military Medical U- niversity as an example, the paper from personnel training, evaluation system construction, and the establishment of service system de- scribed the practice of subject oriented librarian in medical university.
