摘要
少数民族双语教学是新疆教育的重点工作之一。学校网络环境下,少数民族双语教学工作取得了显著的成绩,但中学民族教师的信息素养比较低,缺乏通过网络获取信息的技能。应制定教师信息素质教育规划和评估标准,发挥图书馆在培养用户信息能力方面的作用。期望通过教育主管部门、学校领导以及双语教师个人的共同努力,促使双语教师信息素养培训进入科学化与专业化的轨道。
It is a very important work of "bilingual"education to minorities in Xinjiang Autono--mous Region. In the network age,though much achievement has been made,but the minority teachers'information literacy fall below the level, do not get information on the network usually, and them and lack the knowledge of information search,they do not hry infernation on the network usually. In this paper,the au- thor recommends to draft plans and standards for the information literacy of teachers, and promote the role of library in user training. Finallyit suggests the ways of the training of teachers' information literacy: common efforts of the authorities who are responsible for education in Xinjiang,school leaders and the bilingual teachers themselves.
