实习支教对师范生专业素质提高程度的调查研究——以新疆师范大学为例

Study and Strategy ofthe Effect of Teaching Practice on the Major Level of Normal Students——With Xinjiang Normal University for an Example

实习支教工作顺应了高校师范教育改革的需要,缓解了新疆少数民族地区合格"双语"师资短缺的现状,推动新疆双语教学水平。文章以新疆师范大学实习支教为例,从师范生教学能力和管理能力两个方面进行调查研究,探索实习支教在高校师范生专业素质提高中的重要作用。当前,师范院校实习支教尚存在亟待解决的现实问题,必须给予高度关注并尽快研究解决。

The teaching practice work conforms to Normal education reform in Colleges and universities, relaxs the present situation of the insufficient number of bilingual teachers in the Ethnic minority region of Xinjiang and promotes the bilingual education in Xinjiang. Through study of Xinjiang Normal University, this paper attempts to find the important role of the teaching practice enhancing professional ability to Normal Students from teaching ability and management ability. At the same time, the teaching practice work has some problems and we have to draw our close attention and settle them properly.
