红外线照射联合皮肤保护粉治疗肛周潮湿糜烂的疗效观察

The observation of combined effect of infrared radiation and skin protective powder for the treatment of perianal moist erosion

目的观察红外线照射联合皮肤保护粉治疗肛周潮湿糜烂的疗效。方法将126例肛周潮湿糜烂的患者随机分为2组,对照组63例按传统方法予鞣酸软膏治疗,实验组63例采用红外线照射联合皮肤保护粉治疗,观察2组的疗效。结果对照组有效率76.2%,实验组有效率93.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外线照射联合皮肤保护粉治疗肛周潮湿糜烂疗效优于鞣酸软膏,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the combined effect of infrared radiation and skin protective powder for the treatment of perianal moist erosinon. Methods 126 patients of perianal moist erosion were randomized into two groups. The control group containing 63 patients were treated with tannic acid ointment whereas experimental group of other 63 cases were given infrared radiation and skin protective powder. Results The effect rate of experimental group was 93.7% whereas control group was 76.1% and there was a statistical difference between these two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of infrared radiation and skin protective powder can be used for the treatment of perianal moist erosion, which it is better than tannic acid ointment. And it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
