摘要
醋酸作为一种重要的药用原料被广泛应用。甲醇羰基化法是目前生产醋酸的主要方法,而生产过程中催化剂碘化物的残留影响了产品的质量。本文通过实验对醋酸中的微量碘杂质进行测定,比较了气相色谱电子捕获检测器法和高效离子色谱安培检测法两种测定方法,结果显示两者准确性相当,但经济性和可操作性来说气相色谱电子捕获检测器法更好。
Acetic acid was one of the important medicinal chemicals which was widely used. It was manufactured mainly by the earbonylation of methanol at present. The iodide affected the quality of the produets, which was the catalyst redidue in the manufacturing process. This paper simply compared two determination methods of trace iodine in the acetic acid, GC - SCD method and IC - amperometric method, the former is comparatively good on the economic rationality and operability.
