摘要
TiO2的制备过程中需要控制钛溶液中钛含量和有效酸比值即F值的量。在实际检测分析过程中添加的铵钡混合液(氯化铵和氯化钡的混合液)作为与硫酸根反应的沉降剂,加入量的多少对F值有一定的影响,通过实验可以得出对F值影响的程度,有利于指导TiO2生产的过程控制。
We need to control the titanium content and effective acid ratio in solution of titanium (F numeral) in the preparation process of TiO2. In the actual detection , Ammonium barium mixed liquor (mixture of ammonium chloride and barium chloride mixture) will react to suftain acid radical as the sedimentation agent, the quantity of Ammonium barium mixed liquor have a certain impact on F numeral, We can know the degree of influence through the experiment, and the data guides us to control the process of TiO2 production.
