摘要 在中小学教育信息化发展中,CIO的工作能力将直接影响到学校信息化的成效,因此对他们的培训尤为重要。目前中小学CIO的培训或者缺失,或者培训的实践针对性不强。笔者借鉴了胜任特征模型理论,结合中小学CIO的岗位要求,对CIO胜任特征建模,归纳了五个胜任特征群,构建了目标指向"使培训者获得岗位关键的胜任特征"的中小学CIO培训体系,对培训实施过程从策略实施的角度进行分析,对培训效果进行了评价。 In the informational development of the basic education, CIO's work ability and level will have a direct impact on the ef- fectiveness of information for the school, so it is particularly important how to train them. At present, it is missing or not pertinence for the CIO training. Referencing competencies model theory and combined with the demands of CIO position, this paper discusses the CIO eompetencies modeling, summarizes the five competencies type, constructing the target point to "make trainers get post key competen- cies" primary and secondary school CIO training system, analyzes the training process from the angle of strategy implementation, and evaluates the training effect.
