摘要
目的:通过探讨芎麻滴丸的药时曲线,得到药动学参数,完善芎麻滴丸的基础研究。方法:SD大鼠16只,随机分为2组,每组8只。分别给予芎麻滴丸低剂量(3g生药/kg)和高剂量(6g生药/kg)溶液。采用HPLC分别测定大鼠血浆中阿魏酸和天麻素的含量。记录峰面积,计算血药浓度。3P97分析处理阿魏酸和天麻素的药动学参数。结果:阿魏酸及天麻素的药动学AUC与给药剂量呈正线性相关,芎麻滴丸在大鼠体内呈现为一级动力学行为。芎麻滴丸给药后阿魏酸t1/2Ka为5min,t1/2Ke为28min。天麻素t1/2Ka为21min,t1/2Ke为114min。结论:芎麻滴丸3g/kg~6g/kg进入体内起效迅速,半衰期短。
Objective: The pharmacokinetics and concentration-time curve of Xiongma Drip Pills were study to improve the basic research.Method: The contents of ferulic acid and gastrodin in Xiongma Drip Pills were determinated by HPLC.16 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups.Low doses of XiongMa Drip Pills were given to(3g crude drugs kg-1) and high dose(6g crude drug kg-1) solution.Protein in rat plasma samples was precipitated by methanol.Peak area was recorded,and the plasma concentration was calculated.The 3P97 analysis was used to deal with ferulic acid and gastrodin,pharmacokinetic parameters.Results: AUC was strongly positive linear dose-related with dose.Xiongma Drip Pills in rats rendered as a dynamic behavior.T1/2 Ka of ferulic acid was 5min,while t1/2 Ke was 28min.T1/2 Ka of gastrodin was 21min,while t1/2 Ke was 114 min.Conclusion: 3g/kg^6g/kg Xiongma Drip Pills have a rapid effect in people's bodies and have a short half-life.
