摘要
目的:探讨当归补血汤对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌组织的影响。方法:采用阿霉素腹腔注射建立大鼠心衰模型,再随机将大鼠分为模型对照组,西药组,高剂量当归补血汤(0.5mL)+西药组,低剂量当归补血汤(0.25mL)+西药组。连续灌服42天后,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)对以上各组心肌组织的内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量进行测定;并采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)比色法和邻苯三酚法测定心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量;同时对各组的心脏指数和免疫脏器指数进行了测定。结果:高、低剂量的当归补血汤+西药和单纯西药均能显著提高心衰大鼠心肌组织CGRP和SOD含量(P<0.01),并可明显降低ET和MDA含量(P<0.01);与传统的常规西药相比,高、低剂量的当归补血汤+西药组效果更为显著(P<0.01),同时,它还显著提高心衰大鼠的免疫脏器指数(P<0.01)。结论:当归补血汤可显著加强传统西药改善心力衰竭心肌组织的ET、CGRP、MDA和SOD的作用。
Objective: To explore influence of Danggui Buxue decoction on cardiac tissue of rats with heart failure.Methods: Heart failure model rats were established by using intraperitoneal injection of hydrochloric doxorubicin.Except the model rats,rats were treated by ig conventional medicine and Danggui Buxue decoctionplusconventional medicine,respectively for 45 days,once a day.The major criteria for evaluating the influence of Danggui Buxue decoction on content of endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in cardiac tissue.Results: Higher and lower dosages of Danggui Buxue decoctionplusconventional medicine and conventional medicine could significantly increase the concentrations of CGRP and SOD in the cardiac tissue of rats with heart failure(P〈0.01).By contrast,they could significantly decrease ET and MDA levels(P〈0.01).There was a significant difference as compared with the conventional medicine group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Danggui Buxue decoction intensifies the efficacy of conventional medicine on the cardiac tissue of rats with heart failure through improving ET,CGRP,SOD and MDA.
