技术应用型高校毕业生就业质量的影响因素与评价体系研究

The Influence Factors of Employment Quality of Technology Colleges’ Graduates and Evaluation Research

就业质量作为综合评价高校的就业工作状况综合指标,近年来受到政府的重视。对技术应用型高校而言,所培养的毕业生直接与就业市场挂钩,毕业生的就业质量高低将直接影响到学校的生存和发展。通过对205家用人单位的调查,研究影响技术应用型高校毕业生就业质量的主要因素,构建了"四维一体"的技术应用型高校就业质量评价体系,建议政府、教育主管部门定期监测就业质量,技术应用型高校应建立就业质量监测体系。

In recent years, The employment quality as a comprehensive evaluation of college employment situation comprehensive index by the government＇s attention. To the technology colleges, graduates are directly linked to the job market. Therefore, the quality of the employment will directly affect the survival and development of the school. Through the survey of 205 employment enterprises, the main factors of the quality of employment affecting on technology colleges are researched. The ＂four dimensional integration＂ of employment quality evaluation system of technology colleges is constructed. It is suggested that the governments and education authorities should monitor employment quality regularly and the technology colleges should establish an employment quality monitoring system.
