摘要
目的分析影响护理人员手卫生执行的相关因素,进行针对性的干预,使之掌握手卫生知识,提高手卫生依从性。方法品管圈干预,调查干预前后手卫生依从性,经SPSS12分析。结果护士洗手总执行率由13.31%上升至43.28%,达到了干预目标。结论通过品管圈干预,增强了护士对手卫生重要性的认识,提高了手卫生依从性。
Purpose ： To analyse relevant factors which influence nurses＇ implementation of hands hygiene, through targeted intervention, let the nursing staff grasp the hands hygiene knowledge and increase the obedience to hands hygiene. Method： Quality Control Circle （Qcc） Intervention, to investigate the obedience to hands hygiene before and after QCC Intervention, with SPSS 12 analysis. Result： the implementation rate of hands washing for nurses increased to 43.28% from 13.31%, reached the intervention target. Conclusion： Qcc Intervention enhanced nurses＇ acquaintance of hands hygiene and increased their obedience to hands hygiene.
