摘要
针对油田污染源目前所采用的数据采集传输仪(以下简称数采仪)的可操作性和可维护性不高的问题,提出将ZigBee技术应用到数采仪中,可以大大提高该数采仪的可操作性和可维护性。主要阐述了目前油田污染源所用数采仪的现状和ZigBee技术的特点和优势,根据油田自身的特点,选取适合油田的ZigBee网络拓扑结构,对ZigBee模块进行软硬件设计,最终实现油田污染源数据的采集与传输,在一定程度上提高了油田污染源在线监测系统的自动化程度。
The data acquisition transmission device (hereinafter referred to as several mining in- strument) used by oilfield pollution sources has low operation and maintenance. The ZigBee tech- nology is suggested to be applied to several mining instrument, which can greatly improve the op eration and maintenance of the apparatus. This paper mainly expounds the present oil pollution sources in the present situation and the characteristics and advantages of the ZigBee technology. According to the characteristics of oil field, we select the suitable ZigBee network. It introduces the design of both software and hardware of ZigBee modules. Finally, it achieves the data collection and transmission of the oil field pollution sources, which, to some extent, improves the automation of on-line monitoring system of the oil pollution sources.
