摘要
利用Vaughan的方法,研究了三角和S(α)=∑n≤NΛ(n)e(αn)当α为有理数时的定量估计问题,得到了定量估计的结果.
In this paper, by means of the method of Vaughan, study the problem of explicit estimate of S（α）=∑n≤NΛ（n）e（αn） when a is rational, and get the result of explicit estimate.
