摘要
用气相色谱仪氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)对宠物饲料中的添加剂丙三醇、丙二醇、二甘醇的检测方法进行了研究,考查了提取试剂、提取方法、提取时间等因素对检测结果的影响,建立了宠物食品中添加剂丙三醇、丙二醇、二甘醇的检测方法,方法的检出限分别为0.05、0.01、0.02 g/kg.实验结果表明,本检测方法具有简便、快速、准确、成本低的特点.
The detection methods for glycerin, propylene glycol and diethylene glycol in pet food by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection（GC-FID） were studied in this paper. We examined the effects of extraction reagent, extraction method and extraction time on test results. The detection method for glycerin, propylene glycol and diethylene glycol was established. The detection limit was 0.05,0.01 and 0.02 g/kg separately. The experimental results show that this method is convenient, rapid, accurate and economical.
