摘要
根据农村电网实际情况,在借鉴各种电能表抄表系统的基础上,提出适用于农村电能表的抄表系统.并在分析抄表系统总体需求的基础上,针对抄表系统中是应用于农村民用电能表抄表这一实际情况,设计出一款适用于农村电能表抄表的经济型抄表系统,给出了系统的整体设计方案及硬件与软件设计.
According to actual situation of rural power grid,based on a variety of electric power meter read- ing systems, a meter reading system is proposed for rural electric power meter. Based on analysis of the overall demand of the meter reading system, the economical handheld meter reading system is designed. This paper presents the overall design scheme of the system,the hardware and software design.
