摘要
研究不同光质、光照条件下,红平菇(Pleurotus djamor)菌丝体、子实体生长发育情况。结果表明,黑暗条件有利于红平菇菌丝体生长;白光和自然光照条件下,红平菇子实体生长发育最好、子实体数目多、成菇率高、外观整齐一致、颜色鲜艳,具有较好的商业应用价值;红平菇子实体生长发育最优光照条件为40 W散射白光、每天光照8 h,光照强度为1 020 lx。
Under different light qualities and light conditions, the growth and development of the mycelium and fruit body of Pleurotus djamor was studied. The results indicated that dark condition was favorable to the mycelia growth of Pleurotus djamor. Under the condition of white light and natural lighting, the fruit body of Pleurotus djamor developed the best, and had the maximum quantity. At the same time, the rate of turning into mushroom was higher, and the appearance of fruit body was consistent and had bright color. Consequently, it will have a better commercial value. The optimal light conditions of growth and development of the Pleurotus djamor's fruit body was 40 W scattered white light, the time of shining was 8 h every day and the intensity of illumination was 1 020 Ix.
