原油降解菌YSL28的分离鉴定及降解特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 取材受原油污染的土壤中分离得到一株石油降解菌YSL28,对原油的降解率为46.9%,通过形态、生理生化及16S rDNA序列分析进行初步鉴定。结果表明,该菌与红球红平菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis)的相似度最高,归属于Rhodococcus属。通过对降解条件的研究,确定降解菌YSL28的最佳降解条件为:初始pH 7.0、温度30℃、原油初始浓度5 g.L-1、转速180 r.min-1。 Oil biodegradation bacteria strain, YSL28, was isolated from the crude oil-contaminated soil of Daqing Yushulin Oilfield. The degradation rate of strain YSL28 was 46.9%. Moreover, the characteristic of this strain was primarily identified through morphology observation, physiological and biochemical analysis, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. According to the results, strain YSL28, which showed high similarity to Rhodococcus erythropolis, belonged to Rhodococcus sp. The optimal conditions for crude oil degradation were as follows: 5 g.L1 crude oil was incubated at 30 ℃in a rotary shaker at 180 r.min1, pH 7.0.
