摘要
针对柳钢1550冷轧生产线生产的冷轧板(SPCC、DC01、DC03)出现批量质量缺陷,从金相及能谱分析认为是氧化铁皮压入导致。介绍实施的优化热轧加热制度和除鳞工艺、加强设备管理及制定合理的换辊周期等措施及其效果。
Quality defects occurred in a batch of cold-rolled strips(SPCC,DC01 and DC03) produced in 1 550 Cold-rolled Production Line of Liuzhou Steel were caused by trickle scale through metallographic analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The countermeasures such as to adopt the optimum heating system and descaling process of hot rolling,strengthen equipment management and establish reasonable roller changing cycle,and its effects were introduced.
