电极扁钢表面裂纹分析与改进

摘要 针对柳钢生产电极扁钢时存在的表面裂纹缺陷,利用低倍、金相及扫描等手段进行分析,结果表明:产生轧后裂纹的主要原因是铸坯脱氧不良及m(Mn)/m(S)低。介绍实施了的加深脱氧深度和提高m(Mn)/m(S)等改进措施及效果。 The surface cracks occurred on the electrode flat steel of Liuzhou Steel were analyzed by using macro check,metallographic analysis and scanning,and the results showed that:cracks occurred after rolling were caused by bad deoxidization of strand and low m(Mn)/m(S) mainly.The countermeasures to increase deoxidization degree and improve m(Mn)/m(S),and its effects were introduce.
