Application of X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometric Method with Cobalt Internal Standard in Iron Ore Analysis

应用钴内标熔片X射线荧光光谱分析法分析铁矿石中的主、次元素含量,介绍标样的制作、加钴内标分析程序、工作曲线、精密度与准确度,以及钴玻璃融片的熔融条件、特殊样品的处理,叙述了钴内标法的优点与不足。

The major and minor elements in iron ore were analyzed by applying X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method with cobalt internal standard fuse piece;the preparation of standard sample,the cobalt-added internal standard analysis program,the working curve,the precision and accuracy,the fusing conditions for cobalt glass fuse and the special sample treatment were introduced,hence the advantages and disadvantages of cobalt internal standard method were elaborated.
