摘要
分析影响柳钢铁水样"白口化"的因素,优化铁水取样器形状取圆台样,对比试验球拍样、棒状样、圆台样的检测铁水含P的准确性,介绍圆台样在生产中实际应用效果。
The influencing factors for ＂bleaching＂ molten iron sample were analyzed;the shape of sampler was optimized so as to take round table-shaped molten iron sample;and the actual application effects of round table-shaped sample were introduced by comparing with the racket-shaped sample,the barshaped sample to determine P content in molten iron.
