摘要
美国品行教育是美国的核心价值观和立国的精神根基,虽然经受过被质疑甚至消失在校园中,但是在20世纪90年代后全面复兴。美国品行教育的复兴历程对我国高职德育的发展具有启示意义。在德育中,正向积极的美德价值观仍然是我国高职德育的主体。高职德育应丰富德育内容,要转变德育哲学观,师生之间的主体性人格影响力应是道德实践的最根本力量。高职院校学校文化应不断创新,进行社会资本的不断积累营造,创建自发性社会交往实践系统。
The character education is the core value of the United States and the foundation of the national spirits. It was questioned or even disappeared on campus, but in the 1990s it revived. Higher vocational education in China can have the following inspirations. Firstly, the positive value of virtue is still the main force of the higher vocational education. Secondly, the content of moral education should be enriched. Thirdly, the moral philosophy should be transformed, and the influence of sub- jective personality between teachers and students is the most fundamental force of moral practice. Fourthly, school culture should be innovated and the social capital should be accumulated so that the spontaneous social interaction system could be created.
