改革民办高职院校内部管理体制及优化办学环境的研究

Study on Reforming the Internal Management System and Optimizing the School-running Environment in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育作为培养我国高素质技能型人才的教育,当前在内部管理体制和办学环境方面存在着诸多问题。在分析民办高职院校现状的基础上,阐述了其发展过程中存在于人事制度、教学管理体制、课程体制等方面的问题,提出了具有针对性的发展策略,改革内部管理体制,优化办学环境,使民办高职院校得以健康可持续发展。

Higher vocational education is an education to cultivate high-quality and skilled person- nel, and there still exist many problems in the internal management system and school-running envi- ronment at present. Based on the analysis of the status quo in the private higher vocational colleges, the paper expounds problems of the personnle system, teaching practice management system, and cur- riculum system during the process of the development. It puts forward the relevant development strat- egy and proposes reforming the personnel system, and optimizing the school-running environment to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges.
