5例缺血性肝炎患者的临床分析并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 缺血性肝炎（ischemic hepatitis,IH）,又称休克肝（shock liver）和缺氧性肝炎（hypoxic hepatitis）,大多继发于严重的心功能衰竭、休克等基础疾病,为特殊类型的肝损害之一,目前多数临床医师对该病缺乏了解且易误诊。本研究回顾性分析缺血性肝炎患者的临床资料并复习相关文献,以期提高对该病的认识。一、资料与方法依据Gibson等[1]及Gitlin等[2]提出的诊断标准,IH的诊断必须符合以下条件[3]：①具有特定的临床背景,
