白细胞介素32在感染性疾病中的研究进展

摘要 1992年,Dahl等[1]在使用大剂量白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-2刺激外周血细胞后发现了一种新的表达基因,并从人自然杀伤细胞(natural killer,NK)细胞库中克隆出这种互补DNA(complementary DNA,cDNA),此种cDNA被命名为NK4基因,但在接下来的十二年中,NK4相关研究并无明显的进展,其具体功能仍不为人知。直至2005年,美国科罗拉多大学健康科学中心医学部的Kim等[2]采用基因芯片技术研究IL-18可诱导高表达基因时,
