扁桃体术后应用基因重组人表皮生长因子凝胶的效果观察

Clinical application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in wound healing after tonsillectomy

目的观察基因重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,rhEGF)在扁桃体术后创面愈合中的应用效果。方法将60例扁桃体术后患者分为两组,30例使用rhEGF涂布创面的患者为试验组,30例未使用rhEGF的患者为对照组。观察两组患者创面愈合情况、切口疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间、饮食情况、术后体温及并发症情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组创面愈合时间及疼痛持续时间更短(P<0.001),创面疼痛程度更轻(P<0.005),正常饮食恢复早,而术后体温变化两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未发现不良反应。结论扁桃体术后应用rhEGF能有效地促进和加快创面愈合,效果好,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） in wound healing after tonsillectomy. Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups： experimental group （ n = 30） treated with rhEGF gel and control group （ n = 30） treated without the factor. All the patients were observed on several aspects such as Healing time of wound surface, persistence time and level of ache, recovery of normal diet, the changes in temperature were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had a shorter healing time of wound surface and a shorter persistence time of ache （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, a lower lev- el of ache （P 〈 0. 005 ）, and faster recovery of normal diet than the control group. However, changes in temperature were not different between the two groups. Conclusions The rhEGF gel can facilitate the wound healing after tonsillectomy. Thus, application of rhEGF gel may be beneficial to the patients.
