摘要
目的观察超声引导下凝血酶注射法(ultrasound-guided intraluminal thrombin injection,UGTI)治疗假性动脉瘤(false aneurysm,FA)的临床疗效。方法采用18 gPTC针穿刺,在超声引导下腔内注射凝血酶治疗11例FA,每例凝血酶计量200～500U。结果 11例FA经超声引导下注射凝血酶治疗均血栓化而获成功,血栓形成时间30 s至4 min,所有患者均未出现危及肢体的缺血性并发症。结论超声引导下腔内注射凝血酶治疗FA操着简便,安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of using ultrasound-guided thrombin injection to treat false aneurysm Methods 11 false aneurysm were injected with thrombin under the guidance of ultrasound using 18 GPTC needle 200-500 U of throm- bin was injected into each chamber. Results Ultrasound-guided thrombin injection was successful in 11 patients. The time of thrombo- sis was 30 s - 4 min. There was no patient with limb ischemia. Conclusions Uhrasound-guided thrombin injection to treat false aneu- rysm was simple, safe and effective.
