聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎60例疗效观察

Clinical effect of high intensity focus ultrasound in treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的观察聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的120例变应性鼻炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用鼻内镜下行超声聚焦扫描双侧下鼻甲后下神经和筛前神经分布区及双侧鼻丘处黏膜,术后应用辅舒良鼻喷剂治疗;对照组仅采用辅舒良鼻喷剂治疗。分别于治疗后第4天、12周、48周进行随访,观察并记录患者症状积分、体征变化及不良反应。结果治疗后第4天、12周、48周治疗组症状体征积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。1年后随访治疗组显效21例,有效32例,无效7例,总有效率为88.33%;对照组显效13例,有效21例,无效26例,总有效率为56.67%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现不良反应事件。结论聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎安全性高,疗效确切,可重复性治疗,适合临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high intensity focus ultrasound in treatment of allergic rhinitis treatment with high intensity focus ultrasound. Methods Clinical data of 120 cases with allergic rhinitis were analyzed. Results Total effective rate was 88.3% in the treatment group while 56. 7% in the control group. Conclusions Treatment of allergic rhinitis with the high intensity focus ultrasound is safe, convenient, noninvasive and repetitive.
