参芎注射液联合针刺治疗脑梗死的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Shenxiong injection combined with acupuncture for cerebral infarction

目的观察参芎注射液联合针刺治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 100例脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例,两组均在常规神经内科治疗的基础上加用参芎注射液静脉滴注,1次/天,治疗组增加针刺治疗,两组疗程均为28天。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和Barthel指数量表对两组神经功能缺损和日常生活能力进行评估。结果治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,Barthel指数和总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芎注射液联合针刺治疗脑梗死,可有效改善神经功能缺损程度,提高患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenxiong injection combined with acupuncture in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups： treatment and control groups ,50 in each group. Patients in the two groups all received the conventional medicine treatment plus Shenxiong injection once a day for 14 days. However, the patients in the treatment group were further treated with acupuncture. The United States National Institute of Health Stroke scale （NIHSS） and Barthel Index were used to assess the neurological deficit and daily living skills before and after treatment. Results The NIHSS scores of the treatment group were that were significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The index of Barthel of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Shenxiong injection combined with acupuncture can improve the levels of neurological deficit and raise the daily living ability in patients with cerebral infarction.
