In view of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation of forestry,analyses the reasons of financing difficulties,put forward by joint-stock reform for incremental capital,looking for venture capitalists to finance,improve argues relations get bank credit,establishing credit guarantee mechanism and perfect the credit guarantee system,and actively to foreign financing countermeasures.
