摘要
DEA分析法适用于多输入多输出的复杂系统,在避免主观因素和简化运算、减少误差方面有着独特的优势。将旅行社作为一个投入产出系统,选取相关指标,利用DEA分析法,对辽宁省旅行社业的经营效率进行评价与分析,通过分析找出制约辽宁省旅行社经营效率提高的因素,为辽宁省旅行社的发展提供参考。
DEA is suitable for the complex Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output system,and has unique advantages in avoiding subjective factors,simplifying the operation,reducing errors.This paper will considere travel agency as a input-output system and use this method to compare and evaluate the operational efficiency of travel agencis in Liaoning by selecting relevant indexes.The aim of this paper is to find restrictive factors in operational efficiency and provide references for the travel agency development in Liaoning.
