地方高校国有资产管理监督模式研究

A Study of Management and Superiority Model of National Property in Local Universities

高校体制改革以来,众多地方高校都实现了跨越式的发展,办学规模不断扩大,国有资产投入不断增加。但是,硬件建设发展的同时,很多地方高校的软件建设却没能跟上,国有资产的管理仍旧延续以往粗放式的管理方式,缺乏监督机制,在管理规模成倍增长的情况下,显然不能满足实际的需要。从地方高校国有资产管理所存在的问题出发,讨论国有资产管理监督模式的建设,从而完善国有资产管理制度建设,提高国有资产管理效率。

Many local unive＇ ities have achieved the leap - frog development since the reform of university system, which em-bodies the enlargement of scale and the increase of invest. Compared with the rapid development of hardware, the software con-struction in many universities can not keep the pace, which is presented with the old management of national property and lack of superiority. The solutions to the existing problems in the management of national property can perfect the management system and improve the efficiency of management.
