摘要
中学教育过程不公主要体现在重点校与普通校间优质教育资源的差距上,以及同校内毕业年级与非毕业年级间、重点班与普通班间、不同生群间享受优质教育资机会的不均上。国家基础教育发展政策不当、学校和社会现实生存压力下的畸形升学教育,是导致优质教育资源分布不均、配置不公的主要原因。破解中学教育的过程不公,应通过多渠道的教育资源均衡措施以消除校际之间的不公,通过校内教育资源的均衡以消除级间和班间的教育资源配置不公,通过立法与伦理的强调以消除教师待生的不公,同时还应以发展性评价引导学校均衡配置优秀教师资源。
Injustice on the secondary schooling process is embodied in unequal distribution of high - quality educational re-sources between the key school and the common school, unequal opportunity of sharing the high - quality educational resources between graduating grade and non - graduating grade, the key class and the common class and the different student groups. Rea- sons: unequal distribution of high - quality educational resources because of inappropriate development policy of secondary educa- tion ; unequal allocation of high - quality educational resources because of deformity entrance - examination education. Solutions : eliminate injustice between different schools by multi - channel balancing education resources distribution measures; eliminate in-justice between grades and classes by equaling educational resources in the school; eliminate phenomenon of teacher treating students unfairly through emphasizing legislation and ethics.
