摘要
本文介绍了高强度绳索取心钻杆接头(简称高强接头)生产试验和扩大试用效果,分析了高强接头比普遍接头综合机械性能好的原因.重点论述了两种接头失效型式、磨损与偏磨和高强接头扩大试用阶段出现的新问题,提出进一步提高高强接头质量的意见,并探讨与总结了接头连接及应用技术问题.
In the course of production test of the high intensity wire-line coring drill rod adapter, we have made a comparison between high intensity type and common type adapters. It is noted that the mechanical performance of the former is better than that of the latter. Problems on 'failing to be effective', 'worn out' and 'partial wearing' and some other problems discovered in widening scope of its trial use adapter are discussed in this paper. How to further improve its quality and make a reasonable connection, the author puts forward his opinions.
