摘要
通过对电梯远程监控系统数据采集和数据传输方式的分析,提出对电梯实时运行信号和轿厢音视频信号分别进行采集,并通过3G网络和Internet网络进行传输的远程数据采集和传输的技术方案,提高了数据采集的可靠性和传输时效,降低了运行费用。通过电梯数据采集器、IPC(网络摄像头)、数据综合和发布装置以及交换机,将分布在各处的电梯运行状况和故障信息通过3G网络和Internet网络及时传输到远程监控中心,并通过监控中心监控终端的操作,实现对各处电梯的远程监视和控制。实际应用效果表明,该设计具有较好的适用性和推广价值。
After analyzing the modes of data acquisition and transmission of elevator remote monitoring system(ERMS), a new technical solution of ERMS is presented, which separately acquire the real-time running signals of elevators and audio/video signals of cars, and transmit them separately with 3G and Internet network. This solution can improve the reliability of data acquisition and the timeliness of data transmission, and reduce the running cost. With data acquisition units of elevators, IP cameras(IPS), data integrating and transmitting devices and switches, ERMS can transmit the running situation and fault messages of distributed elevators with 3G and Internet networks, and monitor them by the terminals in remote monitoring centers. The application results indicate the design has preferable feasibility and promotion value.
