摘要
以嘉兴市为特例,分析了嘉兴市区交通现状及交通拥堵成因,介绍了实时路况分析系统的结构和功能,以及其在治理交通拥堵中的应用。着重探讨了如何通过信息采集、信息分析将信号控制、交通监控、交通诱导等智能系统有机地整合为一体,以及如何通过完善交通规划和管理来进一步治理交通,为交通管理部门治赌提供了有益的参考。
Taking Jiaxing as a special case, the road traffic status and the cause of the congestion are analyzed. The structure and function of the real-time traffic analysis system with its application in solving traffic problems are introduced. It is mainly discussed how to integrate different traffic intelligent systems such as signal control system, traffic monitoring system, traffic induced system into a whole through information collection and analysis. It is also analyzed how to ease traffic jams by perfecting transportation planning and management. The system may provide a helpful reference for the traffic administration to reduce traffic jams.
