Progress in relationship between pacemaker current and atrial fibrillation

摘要 心房颤动（房颤）是临床上最常见的心律失常之一，人群发病率为1％左右，中国房颤的患病率则为0．77％。房颤的发病率随年龄的增长显著增高，随着人口老龄化趋势，房颤患者的数量在未来的20—30年中可能会翻2—3倍，而房颤可明显增加住院、死亡及脑卒中的发生率。房颤的发病机制复杂多样，多种因素参与了其发生和维持。
