摘要
探讨硫酸钠和三乙醇胺复合对粉煤灰水泥不同水化阶段水化程度的影响。结果表明:将一定掺量的硫酸钠和三乙醇胺复合掺入可以不同程度地提高粉煤灰水泥不同龄期的水化程度,其水化3 d的水化程度的增幅最大;且随着粉磨时间的延长,粉煤灰水泥不同龄期的水化程度均有不同程度的提高但增幅下降。将一定掺量的硫酸钠和三乙醇胺复合掺入后粉煤灰水泥不同龄期的水化程度均高于单掺硫酸钠或三乙醇胺。其中硫酸钠对早期水化程度的提高效果优于三乙醇胺;当硫酸钠掺量为2%、三乙醇胺掺量为0.03%进行复掺且粉磨时间为15 min时,粉煤灰水泥不同龄期的水化程度均达到最大值。
The effect of sodium sulfate combined with triethanolamine on the hydration degree of fly ash cement in different hydration stage were investigated .The results showed that the hydration degree of fly ash cement in different age could be improved in different extent by adding proper content of sodium sulfate combined with triethanolamine into the cement. The increasing rate of hydration degree of fly ash cement at 3d is the fast. When the grinding time is prolonged, the hydration degree of fly ash cement at different age could be improved in different extent but increasing rate of that are reduced. The hydration degree of fly ash cement in different age by adding proper content of sodium sulfate combined with triethanolamine to the cement was higher than that by only adding sodium sulfate or triethanolamine. The improving effect of sodium sulfate on the early hydration degree was better than that of triethanolamine .When the content of 2% sodium sulfate and 0.03% triethanolamine is admixed and grinding time is 15 minutes, the hydration degree of fly ash cement at different age were the highest.
