摘要
依据GB/T 1596—2005《用于水泥和混凝土中的粉煤灰》和GB 6566—2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》对粉煤灰放射性核素限量检测不确定度要求。在理论和实践方面详细地描述了不确定度评定过程和方法,综合分析了数学模型。对影响测量结果的各相关不确定度源进行分析、评定和量化,得到粉煤灰放射性不确定度为Ur,IRa=3.50%(k=1)和Ur,Iy=4.40%(k=1)。
Based on the clauses of the uncertainty of fly ash radionuclide detection limit in national standard " Fly ash for Cement and Concrete" GB/T 1596-2005 and "Limit of Radionuclide in Building Materials" GB 6566-2010, the evaluation process and methods for this uncertainty are summarized theoretically and practically, and through comprehensive analysis of the mathematical model, each source of uncertainty affecting the measurement results were analyzed, assessed and quantified, the conclusion is fly ash radioactive uncertainty Ur,IRa=3.50%(k=1) , Ur,Iy=4.40%(k=1) .
