摘要
目的总结10年来云南省碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行情况,提高云南省各级碘缺乏病实验室的检测水平,为碘缺乏病监测防治提供可靠的实验室数据。方法通过增加实验室设备,培训实验人员。尿碘用砷铈催化分光光度测定方法测定,采用Z值评分法进行统计学评价;盐碘用直接滴定法测定,采用标准参考值±不确定度的方法进行评价。结果参加尿碘考核的省级实验室全部合格;州(市)级实验室从2002年的0个发展到16个,合格率2003年为25%,2009年以来均为93.78%;参加盐碘考核的,省级实验室全部合格,州(市)级实验室合格率除2005年为68.75%外,其他均保持在80%以上,2011年为100%;县级实验室从2002年的0个发展到2009年以来129个,合格率从2003年的70%上升到2011年的94.57%。结论分析评价了云南省10年来碘缺乏病实验室质控网络运行情况,对云南省及各州(市)、县今后的外质控网络运行有指导意义。
Objective To summarize the operation of laboratory quality control network of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) in Yunnan,improve the different level laboratories testing ability of IDD,and provide the reliable monitoring data to the prevention and control of IDD.Methods By increasing the laboratory equipment and training experimental personnel,the urine iodine concentration tested by Arsenic cerium oxide catalytic spectrophotometry method,and the statistical evaluation adopted Z value scorning.Salt iodine concentration tested by the direct titrimetric method,and evaluated by standard reference±uncertainty.Results The provincial urine iodine laboratory was qualified,and the qualified laboratories increased from 0 in 2002 to 16,the qualification rate was 25% in 2003,and it was 93.78% since 2009.The provincial salt iodine laboratory was qualified,in terms of the salt iodine laboratories of prefecture(municipality),the qualification rate was 68.75% in 2005,it kept more than 80% from 2006,and it was 100% in 2011.County-level salt iodine laboratories increased from 0 in 2002 to 129,the qualification rate increased from 70% in 2003 to 94.57% in 2011.Conclusion Laboratory quality control network of IDD covered the whole province at the county level and the laboratory.It provided the reliable data to the prevention and control of IDD,and played an important role in the realization of evaluation of IDD elimination in Yunnan.
