心理干预结合中医疗法治疗癔病性眼病10例

Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotion therapy treating 10 cases of hysteria eye disease

目的探讨心理干预结合中药针灸方法治疗癔病性眼病在临床中的疗效。方法选本院临床收治的10例癔病性眼病患者采用心理干预结合中药针灸的方法进行综合治疗。结果癔病性眼病通过心理干预结合中医中药针灸治疗后视力显著提高,视力恢复正常。结论心理干预对于癔病是有效简便易行的治疗方法;同时结合中药疏肝理气、解郁通络、针灸暗示治疗癔病性眼病在临床中取得一定疗效。

Objective To explore methods and traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotion therapy. effects of hysteria eye disease treatment through Methods 10 patients （15 eyes） with hysteria eye disease were treated by traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy and mental therapy. Results 10 patients （ 15 eyes） were cured, the ratio was 100%. Conclusions Hysteria eye disease is a kind of psychosis, during the author ＇s clinical practice, integrated use of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and mental therapy is effective in treating hysteria eye disease.
